10. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Delivery confirmation from the carrier is sufficient proof of delivery.
11. RETURNS, REFUNDS & 100-NIGHT GUARANTEE

100-Night Guarantee: If a product fails during normal use within the first 100 nights, we will replace it free of charge. Refunds only cover the item cost, not shipping or insurance fees.
