Belmoura Shipping Policy

Do you ship worldwide?

Currently, Belmoura ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Processing Times

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, during our business hours of 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST, excluding U.S. holidays.

  • Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days after being placed.

  • During periods of high order volume, processing may be delayed up to 7 business days.

Delivery Times (U.S.)

  • Standard shipping: 8–12 business days (Monday – Friday)

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other external factors.


Where can I find my tracking number?

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

  • If you do not receive a tracking number, or it does not work, please contact our Customer Support at support@belmoura.com, and we will assist you.


Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping and billing addresses are accurate during checkout.

  • Belmoura is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If we make an error in shipping, we will send a replacement at no additional charge.


Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If tracking shows your package as delivered but it is not received, please check your property, mailbox, and with neighbors. Wait 1–2 business days for possible carrier redelivery.

  • If the package is still missing, contact your local post office to file a claim using your tracking information.

  • Once the claim is filed, email support@belmoura.com with the claim confirmation so we can assist you.

  • Belmoura is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address entered at checkout.

  • We consider a package lost in transit if there are no tracking updates for 20 days. At that point, please contact us to process a replacement.


Customs Charges

  • Not applicable for U.S. orders.
