Belmoura Shipping Policy
Do you ship worldwide?
Currently, Belmoura ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, during our business hours of 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST, excluding U.S. holidays.

Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days after being placed.

During periods of high order volume, processing may be delayed up to 7 business days.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

If you do not receive a tracking number, or it does not work, please contact our Customer Support at support@belmoura.com, and we will assist you.
Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping and billing addresses are accurate during checkout.

Belmoura is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If we make an error in shipping, we will send a replacement at no additional charge.
Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but it is not received, please check your property, mailbox, and with neighbors. Wait 1–2 business days for possible carrier redelivery.

If the package is still missing, contact your local post office to file a claim using your tracking information.

Once the claim is filed, email support@belmoura.com with the claim confirmation so we can assist you.

Belmoura is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address entered at checkout.

We consider a package lost in transit if there are no tracking updates for 20 days. At that point, please contact us to process a replacement.
